We have assisted a Jamaican national in his application for indefinite leave to remain after we obtained for him two periods of discretionary leave to remain, on the basis of his family life with his partner and his British children. We have demonstrated his involvement and care of his four children and submitted it would be unreasonable, if not impossible, to expect the three different families the children belong to (different mothers) to relocate to Jamaica, so that they can maintain contact with their father.
