We have assisted a Sudanese national who made an application for indefinite leave to remain on the basis that he had a valid leave to remain as an entrepreneur in the UK for more than five years. He was granted leave to remain as a Tier 1 entrepreneur twice. He established a new business and created the equivalent of at least 2 full time jobs for settled workers. He was a director of his own company and did not have any other means of income. It was a particularly good result given that he made two previous applications before instructing us, both of which were unsuccessful.
