A Child with Three Nationalities

We acted on behalf of a dual national French/German child for registration under the British citizenship Act, under section 1(4) on the basis that he was entitled to register as a British citizen, having attained the age of 10, and having been born and lived in the UK throughout the 10 years. The application was successful.
