As specialist Human Rights, Civil Liberties and Judicial Review Solicitors, we can help you to apply and succeed in any immigration application.
What are Human Rights?
Human Rights are rights which belong to every person and Danielle Cohen Solicitors is an Immigration lawyer who helps to defend rights in the UK Courts and with the Home Office, because everyone must be treated equally and in accordance with the law. The Human Rights Act is an Act of Parliament that contains articles of the European Convention of Human Rights and it gives effect to these rights in UK Courts and in applications to the Home Office.
How can we assist you?
In the course of working in Immigration and Asylum cases we make representations in respect of:
- The right to life
- The prohibition of torture and inhumane treatment
- Protection against slavery and forced labour
- The right to liberty and freedom
- The right to a fair trial and no punishment without law
- Respect for privacy and family life and the right to marry
It is particularly important to receive expert Immigration advice, because time and again the Upper Tribunal have rejected the Government’s contention that the new Immigration Rules define the extent of the United Kingdom’s Human Rights obligations. Our solicitors provide a genuine Human Rights assessment of each case individually, because the Immigration Rules cannot override the obligation of the United Kingdom to continue to apply and to continue to give a full Human Rights Assessment.

” I am writing this email to thank you for all your efforts and support on my case last Friday. I would like you to extend my gratitude to Imani the assistant at your firm and to Danielle Cohen.”
