Persons with United Kingdom ancestry (Zimbabwean applications, with immediate effect all UK ancestry cases should be submitted via the postal route.)
Highly skilled migrant
Long residence in the United Kingdom
Victim of domestic violence
Other purposes/reasons not covered by other application forms

You should not use this form when applying for a work permit as the husband, wife, unmarried partner or other family member of a person present and settled in the United Kingdom.
