Danielle Cohen has been a qualified immigration and human rights lawyer since 1998. She completed her first degree in Psychology and Communications and then a second degree in Law. She trained with Peter Kandler and Co criminal solicitors, at the same time volunteering with numerous human rights organisations such as Justice, Refugee Womens Legal Group, Rights of Women, and Hammersmith and Fulham Law Centre before securing a position at leading human rights firm Bindmans.

She ran the immigration department at Scott-Moncrieff Harbour and Sinclair, specialising in the overlap between mental health and immigration issues, before setting up her own firm in 2003.

Danielle’s interests outside of work are spending time with her daughter, exploring London, attending cultural events and she is passionate about Jazz.
