I am very please and happy to receive the good news the judge allowed my sons appeal to settle with me in the UK. I would like to thank you and Giorgia for the termendous effort you both put in this case. I keep my fingers cross the Home Office will not challenge this decision and I really look forward to cook some nice Malaysian meal for both of you. Thanks

I joyfully wish to inform you that the UK Embassy in Abuja has acknowledged they made an error of issuiing me with a 27 months settlement visa instead of an Indefinate Leave to Enter after serial of mails to them and have equally corrected this mistake accordingly. The judge had asked for 4 to 5 weeks to study the papers and then suddenly gives a judgement within a week! it is incredible. It’s the hand of God at work. It also shows very clearly, that you engineered your defence superbly, making mince-meat of the Home Office argument.

She has got her passport back today with the visa in it!!!!! I will be relieved to have my wife back so we can finally start living. Once again it has been a pleasure to have such a talented solicitor.
